So, you’ve booked an amazing vacation to St. Kitts & Nevis and are excited for your upcoming stay on the relaxing, secluded island of Nevis – but what will you do while you’re here? Other than relaxing and enjoying the incredible scenery and picturesque beaches, we have plenty of great tours and fun adventures to keep you busy! But remember, Nevis’s motto is “rush slowly” so you’ll want to balance being busy while taking time to decompress.

Although the island is fairly small – just 36 square miles as Nevis is seven miles long and five miles wide – we have a vibrant culture and active tourism industry. We’ve listed a few of our favorite things to do below, and we are happy to help connect you with local tour outfitters or transportation options if you need a hand in planning.

• Nevis Equestrian Center: Of course, our favorite thing to do on Nevis is go horseback riding! We love spending time with our wonderful herd of happy horses and there’s truly no better way to take in the sights, both on the beach and through historic Nevisian villages, than from the back of a horse. Enjoy a relaxing ride unlike anything else as you and your trusty mount explore beautiful Nevis.

The central landmark of the island, the volcano trail can be pretty strenuous but you don’t have to go all the way up as there’s a beautiful (and refreshing) waterfall about halfway up! • Nevis Hot Springs: After your activities and adventures, treat your body and muscles to a relaxing dip at the Nevis Hot Springs. The natural spring water, which gets up to 108°F and is heated by geothermal activity related to the island’s volcano, contains therapeutic minerals that may help alleviate aches and pains.
• Golfing the Caribbean: Located on the Four Seasons Resort property at Pinney’s Beach, the 18-hole, par-71 course designed by Robert Trent Jones II is often touted as one of the best in the entire Caribbean. Known for its scenic beauty, incredible views of the Caribbean, and occasional monkey skittering across the green, this course is truly unlike any other you’ve ever played.
• Nevis Artisan Village: To commemorate your time with us here on Nevis, stop by the Nevis Artisan Village and pick up a few locally-made souvenirs.
